This Policy explains how YONGFU WEN ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use SpotPop, related webpages, advertisements, and downloadable content (collectively, the "Service"). SpotPop does not require or create a player account, and the current version does not operate a first-party gameplay backend or database for player progress.
The game stores progress and preferences locally, including current and completed levels, play counts, wins and failures, score, best time, lives, hints, daily rewards, language, music, sound, haptics, policy acceptance, downloaded level metadata, and cached images.
We do not receive this gameplay information through a first-party server. Apple may include it in device backup or migration according to your iCloud and device settings. You can remove local data by deleting the App and, where applicable, associated Apple backups. Reinstalling or restoring a backup may restore some data. Because there is no player account or cloud synchronization, we cannot remotely retrieve, restore, edit, or delete local progress.
The game contacts Cloudflare R2 and Cloudflare’s CDN to obtain a public configuration file, level metadata, daily levels, and image assets. Cloudflare may automatically process IP address, approximate region, request URL, date and time, device or network information, user agent, cache status, and security logs to deliver content, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and operate its network.
We do not use CDN requests to create a player profile or synchronize gameplay. Static assets are primarily stored in the United States and may be cached or processed at Cloudflare locations worldwide. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
SpotPop uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for legally required consent and privacy choices. Google and participating advertising partners may process IP address, device and app information, ad impressions, interactions, reward completion, diagnostics, consent signals, and identifiers permitted by your settings and applicable law.
The current version does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization and does not intentionally use IDFA for cross-app tracking. We prioritize limited or non-personalized advertising, but providers may still use information needed for contextual delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and reporting.
Where required, manage eligible choices through Settings → Ad Privacy Options or iOS privacy controls. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s partner data notice.
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you voluntarily provide. Please do not send sensitive information unnecessary for support.
The current version does not ask us to collect your name, account credentials, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone content, health or biometric information, payment-card information, or server-side gameplay history. We do not operate first-party player accounts, gameplay analytics, cloud saves, leaderboards, or result reporting.
